Terroir : Located in the Languedoc region of Béziers, on an area of ​​27 hectares, the organic Émile et Rose estate benefits from the sandy-clay character of the vineyards on small hillsides in the rural communes of Corneilhan and Pailhès. This wine is aged in terracotta amphorae for 40% of the volume and in oak barrels for the remainder.
