Garnet Color Wine with a sappy (blackcurrant and cedar) and spicy register. Aging in amphora reveals a structure with supple tannins and an elegant and harmonious wine.
Pairings : with freshly picked seafood, scallop tartare or risotto.
Grape variety : A few bunches from all 37 plots of the estate in red and white. This cuvée is vinified in 300-litre terracotta jars and then aged for 15 months in amphorae.
