The very modern, medium-intense color with beautiful peach highlights. The nose evokes linden blossom and small red fruits such as wild strawberry and cranberry. The palate has the same register of strawberry, blackberry, and redcurrant, with the addition of the delicate contribution of Espelette pepper and a surprising finish of physalis. The whole blends together with finesse.

Pairings : Can accompany an Iberian loin, grilled beef, fruit salad.
