Customers can conveniently make payments peer-to-peer (P2P) using PayPal or Stripe (where available). Alternatively, you can request payment via bank transfer (Wire) and manually mark transactions as paid upon receipt of funds to your account.

I received a sales lead from a customer, how do I convert it into a transaction?

To convert a sales lead into a transaction, begin by negotiating terms such as price, quantity, and shipping fees. Upon mutual agreement, finalize the transaction by clicking on "Finalize Transaction" in the transaction section.

I have approved a transaction, but how can I ensure the customer pays for the goods?

Once a transaction is approved and finalized, you can generate an invoice. This invoice will appear as unpaid in the Payment Expenses section, prompting the customer to settle the payment.
