Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Take time to rest or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel. A short briefing about the trek will be provided.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m) | 2–3 hrs
A thrilling mountain flight takes you to Lukla—the gateway to Everest. After landing, start your trek through beautiful pine forests and descend gently to the riverside village of Phakding.
Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 5–6 hrs
Cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and pass through Sagarmatha National Park. A final steep ascent brings you to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa hub and trading town of the Khumbu region.
Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Namche
A rest day to acclimatize. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum or enjoy coffee in a local café.
Day 5: Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,860m) | 5 hrs
The trail offers spectacular views of the Himalayas as you descend to the Dudh Koshi and climb through rhododendron forests to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual heart of the Khumbu.
Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) | 5–6 hrs
Descend through forests and cross the river before a gradual climb to the windswept village of Dingboche. The landscape becomes more rugged and alpine as you gain elevation.
Day 7: Acclimatization Day at Dingboche
Take another rest day for altitude adjustment. A recommended hike to Nangkartshang Hill offers stunning views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Rest and recharge for the higher altitudes ahead.
Day 8: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m) | 5 hrs
Follow the valley trail with dramatic mountain views and pass the Everest Memorial, a tribute to climbers who lost their lives. Continue toward Lobuche, situated near the Khumbu Glacier.
Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) via Gorakshep (5,140m) | 7–8 hrs
Trek to Gorakshep, the last stop before Base Camp. After lunch, hike along the glacial trail to the iconic Everest Base Camp. Stand beneath the towering icefalls and celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime achievement. Return to Gorakshep for the night.
Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek to Pheriche (4,240m) | 7 hrs
Rise early for the hike to Kala Patthar, the best viewpoint for sunrise over Mount Everest and surrounding giants. After soaking in the view, descend to Pheriche for the night.
Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar | 6 hrs
Retrace your steps down the valley through Pangboche and Tengboche, enjoying changing scenery and warmer air as you descend to Namche.
Day 12: Trek to Lukla | 6 hrs
Your final trekking day takes you back through forests and Sherpa villages to Lukla. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team and enjoy your last evening in the mountains.
Day 13: Fly Back to Kathmandu (1,300m)
Take an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing day in the city. Optional: massage, shopping, or explore Bhaktapur or Patan.
Day 14: Free Day in Kathmandu
A buffer day in case of flight delays from Lukla. You can explore more of Kathmandu or relax before departure. A farewell dinner can be arranged on request.
Day 15: Departure from Nepal
We’ll transfer you to the airport for your departure. Leave with unforgettable memories of the Everest region and the Himalayas.
