Hypersen 6-Axis Force Torque Sensor (HPS-FT Series) can measure the force and torque values in real time in 3 axes: X, Y and Z. The high-precision strain gauge and structural design help it achieve higher SNR and sensitivity. In addition, the embedded temperature compensation algorithm highly reduces the temperature drift.

There are totally 9 models based on different force and torque measuring range. One of the best-selling model is HPS-FT080-20 with the following measuring range: Fxy: ±600N; Fz:±800N; Mxy: ±20Nm; Mz: ±20Nm.

Product Warranty Policy

This product undergoes strict factory inspection. In case of malfunction, please contact the original manufacturer and provide detailed information about the fault.

1.Warranty Period

The warranty period is one year, starting from the date when the buyer receives the product.

2.Scope of Warranty

1) If a natural malfunction occurs within the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge. However, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

l Malfunctions caused by incorrect operation or improper use under conditions or environments not specified in the operation manual, user manual, or technical requirements specially agreed upon between the buyer and our company.

l Malfunctions not caused by product defects but by the buyer's equipment or software design.

l Malfunctions resulting from modifications, repairs, or disassembly performed by personnel other than the original manufacturer.

l Malfunctions that could have been completely avoided by following the provisions in the operation manual or user manual, such as proper maintenance or replacement of wearing parts.

l Malfunctions caused by factors such as unforeseeable changes in scientific and technological levels after the product is shipped.

l Malfunctions caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood) or external factors (e.g., abnormal voltage), for which our company shall not be responsible for warranty services.

2) Our company shall not be liable for any indirect losses (such as equipment damage, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, etc.) or other losses incurred by the buyer due to the malfunction of our equipment.
