Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha / Moshi – Tarangire National Park

Pick-up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, then drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch.
Tarangire is Tanzania’s third-largest park and is known for its stunning landscapes filled with majestic baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which attracts one of the largest elephant herds in Africa.
Enjoy spotting diverse wildlife such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, oryx, elands, and kudus.
In the evening, head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha / Moshi

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater around 6:30 AM for a 5-hour game drive on the crater floor — one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.
The crater, an ancient volcanic caldera, shelters nearly 30,000 animals, including African elephants, hippos, buffaloes, hyenas, cheetahs, lions, and the endangered Black Rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending back to the crater rim. After the tour, drive back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving around 6:00 PM.
