The Everest Base Camp Trek is a 20-day journey that takes you to the base of Mount Everest (8,848.86m), the highest mountain in the world. The adventure begins in Kathmandu, where you'll visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and the ancient city of Bhaktapur.
Following the scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, the trekking route unfolds through picturesque Himalayan terrain and traditional Sherpa villages like Namche Bazaar, Phakding, and Thame. Along the way, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of many peaks like Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Pumori, and have the chance to immerse yourself in the unique wildlife and local mountain culture.
The trail culminates at Everest Base Camp (5,464m), where temperatures often stay below -15°C and can drop to -35°C during winter. The ideal times for this trek are spring (March–May) and autumn (October–November), with November offering the best weather and visibility.
This itinerary caters to both experienced trekkers and adventurous travelers, with carefully planned acclimatization days to ensure a safe and enjoyable high-altitude experience. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Note: During peak seasons, flights to Lukla operate from Ramechhap (Manthali) instead of Kathmandu, requiring a 5-hour early morning drive each way.
