Zinc (Zinc citrate) – 30 Milligrams

Recommended Use: 

• A factor in the maintenance of good health
• Helps in connective tissue formation
• Helps to maintain healthy skin
• Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates
• Helps the body to metabolize proteins and fats
• Helps to maintain immune function
• Helps to prevent zinc deficiency

Recommended Dose:

Adults : 1 Capsule 1 time per day

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.

Storage:

Keep at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
