Biomass pellet machine has many advantages. (11) The gearbox shell is cast, the shell weight is 2.5t, the casting parts have good rigidity, good heat dissipation and low thermal deformation. The density of the welded shell is poor, the heat is changeable (affecting the precision of gear mesh, thus affecting the smoothness of gear transmission), the welding weight is light, and the stability of the base is poor.

(12) The gear box and the main shaft bearing room are lubricated by circulating gear oil, and the water-cooled oil temperature radiator reduces the oil temperature in the gear box and protects the bearing. The main shaft bearing chamber is lubricated with gear oil, which greatly reduces the cost of traditional oil grease lubrication. The new 560 gear box is refueled 130 kg at a time, replaced 500 hours after the first appearance, and replaced every six months after that, (the replacement cost of 130 kg needs 1800 yuan)
