Pricing Structure

Prices are based on the London market price with discounts:

1. First Container Delivery:

• Price: London market price

• Payment Terms: LC Issuance: LC

2. Second Container Delivery:

• Price: London market price

• Payment Terms: LC Issuance: LC

3. Third to Fourth Shipments:

• Quantity: 3–10 containers per shipment

• Price: London market price minus 10%

• Payment Terms: LC Issuance: LC

4. Fourh Shipment and Beyond:

• Price: London market price minus 15%

• Payment Terms: LC Issuance: LC

General Terms

• Incoterms: CIF ASWP

• Payment Method: Leter of Credit (payment terms release to be agreed)
