Inconel 600 welding wire, also known as ERNiCrFe-3 or NA82, is a versatile nickel-based alloy rod engineered for superior performance in high-heat and corrosive conditions. This filler metal excels in welding Inconel alloys like 600 and 601, as well as martensitic to austenitic steels and cryogenic materials. With a chemical makeup including 2.5-3.5% manganese, up to 3% iron, and 2% niobium plus tantalum, it provides enhanced creep rupture strength and fatigue resistance. Available in diameters from 0.5mm to 2.4mm, it conforms to standards such as AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-3 and DIN 17742. Ideal for shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or TIG processes, this wire ensures crack-resistant deposits with good impact values even at -320°F.
