Prestressed Anchorages: Wedges, Anchor Head, Bearing Plate

A Prestressed Anchorages consist of wedges, anchor head and bearing plate for transfer the post-tensioning force from the prestressing steel to the structure.

In addition, Its including all accessories for grouting.

Furthermore, Stressing anchorage is the most common form of post-tensioning system.

It is widely used in concrete structure and soil / rock retaining walls.

post tensioning anchorages consist of wedge, anchor head, bearing plate and spiral reinforcement.

Flat Anchor:

The Flat Anchor accommodates a maximum of five strands in a single plane, allowing them to deviate into one oval duct. This design is primarily intended for use in thin structural members.

It is commonly employed in the transverse post-tensioning of the top slab in box-girder bridges and prestressed flat slabs.

The system connects strands that run through steel or flat corrugated galvanized steel ducts, which are manufactured in our facility.

Each strand is individually stressed using a mono-strand jack.

To ensure corrosion protection and provide adequate bond strength, the tendons are filled with an appropriate cement grout mix after all strands have been stressed.
