Polyester Coated Aluminum

Coated pre-painted aluminum coils can create aesthetics and design concepts, allowing architects and builders to create eye-catching and stunning structures as it can be adapted to any shape.

We use advanced equipment and technology to produce polyester (PE) coated aluminum coils. Continuous roller coating to avoid color difference. In a baking chamber at 240 degrees Celsius, polyester paint can form a solid, high-performance protective layer on the aluminum surface to prevent corrosion and contamination. The polyester layer thickness is 16±1μm.

Introduction to polyester (PE) coating:

It is an anti-UV paint that uses high molecular polymer as monomer and adds alkyd resin. It can be matte or glossy depending on your needs. The dense molecular structure makes the dot surface glossy and smooth, ensuring good printing effects on the paper surface.
