Gypsum Powder Production Line

The gypsum powder production line adopts mature milling process, which is divided into 8 systems, namely crushing, grinding part, calcining, cooling, homogenizing aging, dust removal and environmental protection, waste heat energy saving and reuse, and automatic central control.

1. Crushing system

It is composed of a feeding hopper, a variable frequency vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a hammer crusher, a chain elevator, a block silo, and a dust removal system. The raw materials are fed into the receiving hopper by a forklift, and then fed into the jaw crusher hammer crusher through variable frequency vibration for crushing. The gypsum ore is crushed from large particles to the particle size required for grinding. After crushing, it enters the elevator through a chute and is transported to the raw material warehouse through the elevator. The warehouse is equipped with a material level and vibration feeding system. Control the start and stop of the entire crushing system by sending signals from the level gauge on the silo.

2. Grinding system

The grinding system uses Raymond mill or vertical mill to grind the powder to make the gypsum material meet the particle size required by the building gypsum process. The whole system is composed of belt feeder, mill host, Analytical engine, fan, cyclone, bag filter, elevator, silo, screw conveyor, etc; 

Gypsum powder equipment is also called gypsum powder production line equipment, natural gypsum powder is made of gypsum dihydrate (CaSO4.2H2O) through crushing, grinding, calcination, cooling homogenization, aging and packaging; the core technology of gypsum powder production is the calcination (dewatering) system, which leads to the diversity of hydration products and hardeners due to the diamorphic structure of gypsum, the diversity of components and the diversity of reaction properties.
