The 5 litre BENCHTOP PLASMA CLEANER  NE-PE05 is an economical equipment designed for basic surface cleaning and activation. with manual and basic PLC control which primarily intended for the following applications: Small batch production, Analytics (SEM, TEM), Medical engineering, Sterilising, Research and development departments, Archaeology, Textile technology, Plastics technology.

NE-PE05 Plasma cleaners is capable of processing a wide range of materials including polymers, metals, glass and ceramics for optimal treatment results, including air, oxygen, nitrogen, etc, which offers very fast treatment times and optimum adhesion properties for downstream coating, gluing, painting, and printing applications.

The NE-PE05 adopts CCP capacitive coupled plasma generation method. The processing chamber is made of cylindrical stainless steel. It can be used to improve the adhesion of substrate surface or improve the surface hydrophilicity which uses the advanced power generator as a power supply and specially designed plasma transformer to provide voltage to the plasma electrodes.
