How pickup works

1. We share the driver’s name/number before pickup.

2. Driver meets you at your hotel lobby / residence gate (or as instructed).

3. Free waiting time: 15 minutes at city pickup (then fair extra-waiting fee per 15 min if needed).

4. We route via E03/E01 expressways when it saves time.

For international flights, plan to arrive at CMB ~3 hours before departure.

Pickup time = Travel time to CMB + 3 hours (check-in) + 30 min buffer.
